TRADE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS (WESTERN AUSTRALIA)
1) Promoter
The promoter is Beaumonde Homes (ABN [insert]) of [insert address] (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Promotion Name
Beaumonde Homes – Margaret River Luxury Retreat Trade Promotion (“Promotion”).
3) Promotional Period
The Promotion commences at 9:00am AWST on 23 February 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AWST on 31 March 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
4) Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:
a) are 18 years or older; and
b) are Western Australian residents; and
c) are genuine prospective clients or clients of the Promoter; and
d) complete at least one entry method described in clause 6 during the Promotional Period.
Ineligible persons: Employees, directors, officers, contractors of the Promoter and their immediate family members, and any agencies or suppliers associated with this Promotion.
5) Game of Chance
This Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning, subject to the total number of entries received.
6) How to Enter and Earn Entries
Eligible entrants can earn entries during the Promotional Period by completing any of the following (“Qualifying Actions”):
A. Display Home QR Entry – 1 entry
Visit a participating Beaumonde Homes display home and scan the official Promotion QR code, then complete the entry form in full (including acceptance of these Terms & Conditions).
B. Design Fee Paid – 1 entry
Pay a Beaumonde Homes design fee during the Promotional Period.
C. Preliminary Pricing Agreement (PPA) Signed – 3 entries
Sign a Beaumonde Homes Preliminary Pricing Agreement during the Promotional Period.
D. Building Contract Signed – 5 entries
Sign a Beaumonde Homes building contract during the Promotional Period.
Cumulative entries: Entries are cumulative. If an entrant completes multiple Qualifying Actions, they receive the total entries for each action completed.
Timing rule: Entries are only awarded where the Qualifying Action is completed within the Promotional Period (as determined by the Promoter’s records).
7) Entry Limits & Verification
a) QR entries: Limit of one (1) QR entry per person for the Promotional Period.
b) The Promoter may, at any time, require entrants to provide proof of identity and/or eligibility to claim the prize.
c) The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, indecipherable, misleading, fraudulent, or not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
d) The Promoter’s records and decision regarding eligibility and entry validity are final (subject to applicable law).
8) No Cost to Enter
No additional fee is charged by the Promoter to enter this Promotion. Entry via the QR code is free (excluding any standard data/internet charges).
9) Prize
There is one (1) prize only:
A holiday voucher for a Margaret River stay supplied by Goodwill Getaways (Six Star Villas Pty Ltd ACN 147 155 146) (stated voucher value) (“Prize”).
Important: The Prize is supplied by a third party and is subject to Goodwill Getaways’
10) Prize Conditions
a) The Prize is not redeemable for cash, credit, or discount against any building contract, variation, or invoice.
b) The Prize is not transferable unless approved in writing by both the Promoter and Goodwill Getaways.
c) The Prize must be used in accordance with Goodwill Getaways’ voucher terms, including (where applicable) activation requirements and expiry periods.
d) Any ancillary costs (including travel, meals, insurance, spending money, transport, incidentals, additional guests, and anything not expressly included) are the responsibility of the winner.
e) If the Prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or similar value (subject to applicable law).
11) Draw Details
Draw Date: Friday 3 April 2026
Draw Time: 10:00am AWST
Draw Location: Beaumonde Homes Office, Osborne Park, Western Australia
The draw will be conducted by random electronic selection from all valid entries received.
The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize.
12) Winner Notification & Publication
a) The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.
b) The winner’s first name and suburb may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels on 3rd April 2026 (optional but recommended for transparency), unless the winner requests otherwise where permitted by law.
13) Unclaimed Prize & Redraw
If the winner:
cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts; or
does not claim the Prize within 14 days of being notified,
the Prize will be deemed unclaimed and a redraw will be conducted:
Redraw Date: 20 April 2026
Redraw Time: 10:00am AWST
Redraw Location: Same as original draw location.
The redraw winner will be notified in accordance with clause 12.
14) Promoter’s Rights
The Promoter reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to:
a) verify the validity of entries and entrants;
b) disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits invalid entries, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner;
c) cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion if it cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
