Villa Gemelle is a rare three storey design, mirrored side by side. The narrow block extends significantly, allowing a large residential home to feature all the modern comforts, while making each floor easily accessible through a convenient personal lift.

This three story floor plan has many design features that make it truly unique. From the 4 car garage, a personal lift, three separate balconies, and entire top floor dedicated to the master suite and a balcony staircase for ease of access to the rear of the home, no matter where you are, this feature filled home is simply stunning.

On the ground floor, the garage opens into the entry foyer and enjoys immediate access to the personal lift to take the residents to the middle floor which includes the living areas, or the top floor master suite. Also on the ground floor is a dedicated home office, right near the entry for when business visitors arrive – conveniently avoiding the main living zones and keeping those private. The guest bedroom is also on the ground floor with a spacious walk through robe into a dedicated ensuite. Finally, a sitting area, large enough to be compared to most living areas also includes a kitchenette and large screen TV – accessing the outdoor alfresco.

The middle floor includes two minor bedrooms, a bathroom and an activity room with access to the front balcony. The heart of the home is to the rear of the middle floor and features an expansive kitchen and scullery and curved dropped ceiling to define living zones. A large 10 person dining table looks over the living room where you can access the middle floor balcony to the rear of the home.

The third floor, at the very top of the residence is dedicated to the home owners. The oversized master suite measures over 6m x 5m in size and also has double sliding doors opening to a large balcony. The dressing room is 5m x 3m, which provides more than enough space for even the most fashion conscious couple. The ensuite includes a large double shower, enclosed WC, freestanding bath, his and hers basins as well as a dedicated make-up area.
