What appears as a timeless two storey home from the street, Casa del Sole unveils its luxurious design and bespoke features throughout three floors.

Entering from the ground floor, the double width entry hallyway invites you towards the central courtyard feature dipping pool. You’ll pass the home office, conveniently located at the front of the residence, and a complete summer suite with oversized dressing and ensuite. Then, in the centre of the home you’ll be impressed by the double storey void, expansive windows and personal lift.

Making your way to the rear of the home is the main living area which enjoys full canal views and access to a weather protected Alfresco, to be enjoyed all year round. A home theatre also caters for those big sports events and home movie nights.

The upper floor is dedicated to the master and minor bedrooms. Both minor bedrooms are located towards the front of the residence and share an oversized activity room. The shared bathroom and powder room is perfect for friends who visit.

The master bedroom suite spans the full width of the upper floor at the rear, to maximise the enjoyment of the views. Though this is not your average master suite. The entire wing also includes a large sitting room, private bar, fireplace and wall mounted TV.
