Elio passed on his passion for building and design to his children. Troy inherited Elio’s eye for detail and oversees the day-to-day running of the office and sales team, ensuring the requirements of our valued clients are met daily. Elio’s daughter Chanelle has a discerning eye for design and works with Elio to design beautiful internal finishes and carefully hand selects tasteful decoration for our display homes.
Our wider team has become part of the family with several employees dedicating over 30 years with us, working effortlessly every day to produce outstanding results in each of our homes.
