Elio Galante arrived in Perth from Italy with a draftsman’s eye, a builder’s hands and a rare sense of certainty. In April 1986, while his wife was pregnant with their first child, he opened the doors of Beaumonde Homes. Consequently, both the business and the family began in the same year.
For four decades, he upheld an uncompromising standard, not as a policy, but as a conviction. As a result, his trades stayed, some for 30, even 35 years. His clients returned. His daughter grew up walking his sites on weekends, learning to see interiors through her mother and absorbing everything along the way.

Chanelle has been part of Beaumonde Homes for as long as she can remember, developing a strong understanding of its values and craftsmanship. After contributing across a range of roles, she stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer in October 2024. Today, she leads the company into its strongest chapter yet.

Beaumonde Homes is a family led business founded by Elio Galante, whose experience in the building industry spans more than 47 years. Today, his daughter Chanelle Galante leads the company as CEO, continuing a legacy built on integrity, care and long-term relationships. Consequently, the values Elio established in 1986 remain as strong as ever.
Behind every Beaumonde home is a considered team of specialists across leadership, design and drafting, construction, interiors, estimating, client coordination and construction administration. Specifically, General Manager Rob Crawford and Head of Operations Kelly Bongiovanni support the day-to-day delivery of each project. In addition, our senior estimator ensures every home is approached with precision from the outset.
Supporting this structure is a trusted network of some of Perth’s most respected trades. Notably, many have worked with Beaumonde for over 20 years. Furthermore, some have been part of our story from the very beginning.
Our team is proudly balanced, with women making up half the business. Moreover, many bring more than a decade of industry experience to every project they touch. Indeed, this balance shapes the way we design, listen and deliver.
This continuity defines the Beaumonde standard. It is why our homes reflect a level of care refined over more than four decades and why clients return across generations. Above all, it is why every detail, from light planning and joinery alignment to material selection, is considered with purpose.

Each year, Beaumonde delivers approximately 35 homes. That is intentional. As a result, it allows us to protect the quality, trust and high touch experience our clients expect.
